Scanners - Cameo has high-speed straight path duplex color document scanners and specialized book scanners to scan high volume of documents. Currently Cameo has been scanning around 3.5 crore images per month for its various clients.

Type and age of documents - Cameo is equipped to scan documents having a size ranging from visiting card to A3 and above and also has the capacity to neatly scan documents that are brittle and fragile in nature. The type of documents that we scan includes forms, medical records, legal documents, board meetings & agenda documents, purchasing & logistic documents, engineering drawings, books, slides, films and so on.

Scanning mode & dpi - We can scan documents in black & white or monochrome or grayscale or colour ranging from 75 to 600 dpi depending on the quality of the document and as per the requirement of the client.

Output formats - We can deliver the outputs in single page or in multi-page Tiff, Pdf, JPEG, etc., or in any other format desired by the client.

Software - Cameo has in-house developed application for Enterprise Document Management Solutions, which can handle high volume of document digitization viz., scanning, image enhancement, indexing, quality control, data export, storage and retrieval.
